AMSC is a joint venture between two major family run groups of Bahawalpur, Lodhran who possess high hopes and big dreams.

This Project is one and the only project in emerging Bahawalpur and surrounding neighborhoods, who has primarily focused on making smarter living a possibility through embracing technology, efficient use of resources and reducing carbon footprint. Not only it will be state of the art but it will be cost effective too, so a quality driven, cost conscious family with high standards and demands, can see value investing in it.

Al Noor Builders Developers and Town Planners® owns, develops and manages several notable residential estates across South Punjab, Pakistan. We started as Builders, Developers & Town Planners in Lodhran & Bahawalpur since 2008. 

After completing a significant number of residential projects across Bahawalpur and Lodhran, we are finally stepping into the world of commercial projects, specifically the retail sector. Our impeccable knowledge of local property values across southern Punjab, paired with our hand-picked team of highly trained personnel, ensures that we come up with outstanding results for our clients every time.
